Nic is a fly tier based in Brisbane Australia and has been tying at a commercial level for approx 7 years.

He discovered his passion for swinging flies for Trout in the clear waters of New Zealand, this became his testing ground for the patterns he ties, he vehemently followed the steelheaders from the US, people such as Ed Ward and Jerry French, and the flies they tied have strongly influenced him, he modified and adopted these style flies to the better suit the Trout he was targeting to what he now uses himself and makes available for his customers to buy, he can customise to your preference and home waters.

His local waters also exposed him to the world of saltwater fly fishing and he is well versed in tying some of the salt water classics.
