Shipping policy

Same day shipping cut-off is 2pm AEST Queensland Australia 
Some manufactured or in house processed products ( dying or brushes for example) may sometimes ship next day depending on workload. 

Shipping is calculated at checkout and the actual cost of the service you select at checkout is passed on to you without any margins added on.  

Shipping charges at checkout are calculated for the entire world. If you do not wish to use the postal system, please feel free to contact us at beastbrushes@gmail.com and we can arrange either DHL or UPS as alternatives only. We apologise for any inconvenience but courier services mentioned above are for international only.

Once you have placed your order, you will be sent an email that confirms the order details and tracking. This happens 100% of the time, if you do not see an email, please check your spam, promotions or junk folder, and if you still don't see it, please contact us on the email address above and we will happily forward tracking information.

Beast Brushes does not accept responsibility for international import fees/ taxes or charges associated with import clearances for your country. Associated costs with importing or clearing natural materials from customs is the responsibility of the customer. To put this another way.. If you order a deer hair product that gets stopped at your country's customs or border force, Beast Brushes accepts no responsibility for treatment, disposal or return shipping and is not responsibility for the associated costs. We ( Beast Brushes) will not be offering a refund if natural products that are destroyed by border force or customs in your country due to the importing country's import laws and the state of the products we sell. Beast Brushes also doesn't make any claims to understanding a foreign country's import laws as it pertains to customs fees or goods that are subject to inspection or approved onshore or offshore treatment. 

Aside from international couriers, we do not offer any other service other than what's calculated at checkout.
If your concerned about damaged or lost parcels, please ask for insurance and we will invoice or quote you the actual cost of insurance. The cost will be based on the value of the parcel. Without insurance, you the buyer accepts any responsibility of missing or damaged goods after the parcel has been received and scanned by the carrier of your choice.
