Refund policy

At Beast Brushes we are extremely happy you decided to purchase our products but we also understand that sometimes things can take an unexpected route. We do accept returns or offer refunds on our items and want to make that an easy experience for you that works for both of us.

If your unhappy with the purchased product, we will happily accept a return and we will exchange it, or refund via PayPal. Simply make contact with us within 24hrs of receiving the goods and we will organise a replacement if the issue falls under the following conditions;
Item is not as described
Item is faulty
Item is damaged
item is returned in original condition in original undamaged packaging and not damaged in transit

Nothing will happen with a return or refund until we physically have the item.
It is the customers responsibility to ship the item back to Beast Brushes at their expense. Beast Brushes is not responsible for lost un-trackable mail, you the customer must take responsibility for the postal service you choose.

If we at Beast Brushes agree that your item meets the above return criteria and choose to replace an item, we will replace the item using a postal service of our choice. We will also refund your return shipping costs only upon presentation of a receipt of shipping service, if your item is deemed to fall under the above return criteria.

We will act as fast as we can but if a replacement item is not in stock we will contact you and order the replacement item in the fastest time possible. If your return is not found to have a problem, you will be charged shipping and time for inspection, you can ask for a quote before you proceed, these costs will not be inflated to deter you from proceeding.

Items simply returned because they are unwanted or were purchased by mistake, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee after the goods have been received. Items organised for return after 2 weeks from the  purchase date will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. 

We accept no returns for fly sales through the Australian Fly Tyers Co Op.. all sales are final. Please feel free to contact either us or the fly tyer as many times as you like prior to purchase of flies if you need to make a more informed decision. All correspondence for flies purchased through the Co Op will be directed to the fly tyer.

Our return policy does not affect your rights as a consumer as per Australian Consumer Law.

Natural materials and exported items - Beast Brushes does not accept responsibility for international import fees/ taxes or charges associated with import clearances for your country. Associated costs with importing or clearing natural materials from customs is the responsibility of the customer. To put this another way.. If you order a deer hair product that gets stopped at your country's customs or border force, Beast Brushes accepts no responsibility for treatment, disposal or return shipping and is not responsibility for the associated costs. We ( Beast Brushes) will not be offering a refund if natural products are destroyed by border force or customs in your country due to the importing country's import laws and the state of the products we sell. Beasty Brushes also doesn't make any claims to understanding a foreign country's import laws as it pertains to customs fees or goods that are subject to inspection or approved onshore or offshore treatment.
