Suspended Postage Service Info

Important notice: Temporary suspension of postal services to the US and new tariff  rules (effective 29 August 2025)

The United States recently announced significant changes to its import tariff rules that will impact shipping items from Australia to the US and Puerto Rico.

From Tuesday 26 August 2025, Australia Post has temporarily suspended international postal services to these destinations due to the changes.

 This is incredibly disappointing for us as we highly value our US customers. This is because of the recently introduced changes to the import tariff requirements set out in US Executive Order 14324. 

As of the time of writing this, we have been given no time frame for a solution from Australia Post, but when as soon as one presents itself, we will be acting on it with great urgency. 

Our temporary solution is to use a courier service. There are a lot of advantages over the postage service when using a courier (faster, improved tracking etc)  but unfortunately, it is a little more expensive.
