Suspended Postage Service Info

As of the 26th of August 2025, Australia Post has dropped a bombshell on us without warning that service has been suspended to the United States and Puerto Rico. This is incredibly disappointing for us as we highly value our US customers. This is because of the recently introduced changes to the import tariff requirements set out in US Executive Order 14324. 

As of the time of writing this, we have been given no time frame for a solution from Australia Post, but when one presents itself, we will be acting on it with great urgency. 

Our temporary solution is to use a courier service. There are a lot of advantages over the postage service when using a courier (faster, improved tracking etc)  but unfortunately, it is a little more expensive.
