Coyote Fur

Our Coyote body fur is excellent quality north Canadian Coyote winter fur, selected for uniformity in colour.  Nice, long, body hair that has a slight crinkle to it so that it retains volume in the water. Great natural shades for use in saltwater patterns. The leather on these is very thick and therefore suitable as a zonked application. Great for wings and buggy leg applications. Coyote is very popular with Drew Chicone patterns is that actual hair used on EP foxy brushes despite the name.

Hackle - Darker fur with the longer coarser guard hairs (guard hair around 70mm)

Flank - Lighter colour tans, greys and creams. Some dark guard hairs, shorter and softer (guard hair 30mm)

Belly - Very fine, light, soft fur. Light creams, greys and pinks naturally. Guard Hair same colour as underfur. (guard hair 30mm)

Guard hair measurement an average, all natural material has variation.
